AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS TRAINING PLATFORM ( BEKI SYSTEM)

BEKI is a rugged , easy to use modular training system that has been specifically designed for use in technical and vocational trainings. Its compact format makes it an affordable solution for real hands-on skills training.

MAIN KIT

The main kit which is the Fundamental electrics and electronics TSI-AUT EL012V consists of the ruggedly constructed powder-coated steel base board. 4 boxes with over 30 different components mounted on transparent carriers is supplied with the main kit.

The components supplied are a wide range of components found in automotive applications such as lamps, fuses, switches , buzzers ,dc motor, relays, logic gates , thermistor etc.  In the Main kit you get, everything is included (“plug and play”)  to get you started such as connecting cables, power supply, base board and a manual with practical experiments.

The system is modular so when you want to continue with other topics you just need to add another box of components like the Box (TSI AUT EHV12 ) Hybrid Electric and Hybrid vehicles that contains components such as  AC motors, DC/DC converters, Variable frequency inverter, DC Motor/AC generator set etc.

To interconnect the components with the power rails or each other you use the 4mm connection leads by plugging them into the top sockets on the carriers. The connection leads have a 4mm hole in the barrel, this is used to “Stack” connections when required. This is useful when we are using a multimeter to measure circuit voltages.

The main kit contains connecting leads, power supply,  spare parts, baseboard and 4 boxes with comprehensive set of electrical and electronic components , such as the following kits:

Component Kit A Basic Electricity:

The component Kit A includes the following for example: ON/OFF Switch, Push to ON Switch, Fuses, Lamps, Relays, etc

Component Kit B Semiconductors and Linear Devices:

The component Kit B includes the following for example:  Resistors, Potentiometer, Capacitors, Diodes, Thermistor, Buzzer, etc

Component Kit C Basic Digital Logic Devices:

The component Kit C includes the following for example: LEDs, Transistor, Logic Gates, etc

Component Kit D:

The component Kit D includes the following for example: Turn signal Relays, Indicator Lights, DC Motor , Switches, Spare Lights, etc
